Dropcam and Dropcam Pro are rated for indoor use only. We cannot guarantee their operation when exposed to extreme heat or cold or moisture. The camera has been tested for temperatures between 0 to 35 degrees Celsius (32 to 95 degrees Fahrenheit). It is not waterproof, so you will also have to be wary of rain or humidity. Please keep in mind that if your Dropcam does suffer some sort of environmental damage, it will not be covered under our one year warranty.
