If you still are unable to view your Dropcam's video in your iPhone, force quit the app and sign back in. To do this, please do the following.
Press your iPhone's home button twice to show the row of apps at the bottom of your screen
Tap and hold your finger over the Dropcam app, then swipe upwards
Open the Dropcam app as you normally would and sign back in
The last thing to try if you are unable to see your video is to view your Dropcam video over a different network.
